As I am sure many of you will have heard Wimbledon (not unsurprisingly) has been cancelled for 2020. All tickets that have been allocated in the ballots have been declared void and if you have already paid then you will receive a refund.
We will as a committee consider how we allocate tickets to next years championship in due course and whether we use the ballot we undertook this year, although it will depend on the number of tickets we get allocated and the number of BTM’s. We may also receive guidance from the LTA on how the ballots for next year will be run.
My apologies for this but it is perhaps not unsurprising in the current situation – as and when we get any further information on the ballots for next year we as a committee will decide on how it will be run and let you all know, however this is not likely to be until early 2021.
